FREE SELECT DAY DELIVERY TO MOST PARTS OF THE UK

Delivery is free and fast to most parts of the UK, with a premium delivery service available for next day or day-of-choice home delivery.

It’s important to provide an up-to-date mobile number to avoid any delays.

If you require an urgent delivery or need your item delivered on a specific date, please contact us, and we’ll assist you with the arrangements.

Delivery for Divan beds and certain mattresses may take between 7–14 working days in rare cases. Deliveries to postcodes PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TD, TR, KW, BT can take 7–14 days and may incur additional delivery charges.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once collected, refunds are processed within 2-4 working days. To return goods, a collection charge of £59.00 applies unless otherwise agreed. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your order, an exchange charge of up to £59 will be incurred. Items must be in their original packaging and in a new condition. Any goods that have been assembled or are not in their original packaging cannot be exchanged.

Photographic evidence may be required for exchanges or replacements.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order or amend the order please contact 02036891870 at least 24 hours prior delivery of the item.

Please allow up to 5-10 Working days for the funds to show in your account from the point of cancelation assuming goods have not been dispatched.

If your order is already dispatched with one of our couriers and you want to cancel the delivery you will be charged for the delivery expenses starting from £29.00 in order to redeliver the goods. This includes rejecting delivery at the door unless agreed prior otherwise.
