Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits will be held for a maximum period of three (3) months. If the customer does not return to complete the payment and collect the items within this period, the deposit will be forfeited, and the order will be cancelled.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will not normally be permitted unless the materials required for the order cannot be obtained for any reason.
3. Colour Selection and Delivery Refusal
Once a colour has been selected by the customer, it cannot be changed at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses to accept delivery based on the chosen colour, this will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation. In such cases, the customer is still required to pay the full remaining balance.
4. Delivery Time Slot
The company will provide a delivery time slot. However, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time within that slot. If the service requested is delivery only (without assembly), our responsibility is to deliver the items to the customer’s door only — not inside the house or premises.
5. Missed Delivery Charges
If our driver arrives at the delivery location during the agreed time slot and the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, additional charges will apply for re-delivery.
6. Customised Products
Customised or made-to-order products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Mattress Warranty
All mattresses come with a one-year warranty. In the event of a valid warranty claim, the company will exchange the mattress. Refunds will not be provided. If the customer chooses to exchange for a mattress of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
8. Furniture Warranty
All furniture items, particularly flat-pack furniture, come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
If any parts are missing or damaged within the box, the customer must report this to the company within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the furniture has been assembled, the warranty becomes void and no claims will be accepted.
9. Delivery & Assembly Charges
Delivery and assembly charges are paid to the driver. So, any issues that arise during delivery or assembly are the responsibility of the driver, not the company.
Preparation for Delivery & Assembly
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the designated area is clear and ready for delivery and assembly. If the space is not prepared (e.g. items need to be cleared or moved), additional charges may apply for the extra work involved.
10. Exchange Charges
In the case of an approved exchange, a delivery fee will be applicable and must be paid by the customer.
Proof of Purchase
Customers must retain their invoice as proof of purchase. Warranty claims will not be processed without a valid invoice. Complaints Procedure
